1. Sleep for 7-8 hours at nights. Avoid sleeping less (9 hours),
2. Afternoon naps of 10-30 minutes are healthy (not a must, if you don’t need them),
3. Snoring is not healthy, needs evaluation and treatment. #mentalhealthisapriority
