I had some fresh Blue Oyster mushrooms that I dry sauteed till brown, added butter/salt after dry saute. Made toast from a homemade loaf to load the mushrooms and their brown butter. The filet (salmon) is pre-seasoned from the grocery and cooked in an air fryer. Just put together what I had.

We are gathering with a dear friend in a few weeks who is an accomplished amateur mycologist so looking forward to those mushrooms. She always creates something amazing with them.
