This is petty, but I’m just going to say it so I can stop thinking it. “Period, full stop” is redundant. They both just mean the punctuation mark at the end of a declarative sentence. When you say it for emphasis I assume your sentences end like this..

I'm going to start saying "Period. Point. Full stop" when I want to end with an ellipsis...
