I'm doing some research to see if there are any garden allotment opportunities. I don't have a yard anymore, and while I grow what I can in containers on the porch and balcony, I'd like a little more. Any suggestions for what to look for/ask? #Garden

Need to ask. Are you talking about an allotment that is standing off on its own or more of a community garden where you get your space and it's next to all the other spaces?

I'm not sure what my options are here. It's more likely to be in a community garden space.

they been involved with the garden for a while?

Make sure you understand what your access to water is going to be. That makes all the difference.

Proximity is important. If you have to get over there three or four times per week, five months of commuting can get old if it's not close. It depends
