FYI: If someone replies to your spout and immediately blocks you, their recent spouts to you are automatically removed. This tactic is often used by trolls on Twitter to abuse and harass others, but it doesn't work here.

What if the response is to say that you are offended by the lie, or racism, etc so you are blocking to prevent seeing more? I have done that because I didn't want to leave something untrue uncontested.

Same. Twitter was horrible w/bullies, bots & trolls. We ended up blocking thousands, but had the same experience. Can't say for sure, but in our last days on the dying bird, it seems Musk was unblocking some of our blocks, so we'd have to do it again. Became too much. Musk's Twitter is a disaster.
