At my office, the managers at my level are perfectly fine with folks working from home. But some upper level bosses are extroverts who need to be around others to perform well. Because it’s their most effective work style, they think it’s the only way for everyone. 🙄

ffs hasn’t “catering to the egos of controlling managers” been done for far too long now!? It’s not only fact but also common sense, most people are actually more productive w/o these controlling sad sacks. I hope these co’s get erased just like blockbuster did w/their inability to accept change!
