@Chance456711 thinks the Democrats don't deserve the votes of Black Americans.

Let's put aside the FACT that Black people, and people of color, will lose their civil rights from the Federal level if ANY Republican wins the presidency through at least the next 20 years.

Let's look at

representation in the House. Just under 1/3 of Dems in the House, are Black. That is the highest it's been in our history.

So, we should not support those members? Is that what Chance wants? He doesn't care how much harm a lack of support for BBIMP members would inflict on all those communities.

The Child Tax Credit in the ARP was the single largest step to help lift families out of poverty in our lifetime. Before the ARP, half of Black children in this country were ineligible. The ARP closed that loophole and covered all of them.

The benefit to those families was immediate and drastic.

And then control of the House flipped and Republicans let that expire, plunging all those families backwards into food insecurity and poverty.

Since the start of this administration the number of Black owned small businesses has exploded due to streamlining of the process to receive the support needed and funding to help get those businesses off the ground.

That's the fastest rate of growth in our lifetime.

Student loan forgiveness greatly benefitted students of every age and skin color. But the greatest effect was felt in the Black community.

The release of that burden sent a positive jolt of spending power into communities across the nation.

But sure, this administration shouldn't be supported by anyone cause they haven't done anything for BBIMP or LGBTQIA people, at all.

Can more be done? FUCK YES!

But absolutely nothing will move forward if we don't give them our support.

And Chance, believe me when I say that Republicans will strip everything they can from BBIMP without a thought and no amount of complaining will make them change.
