Wow. Thank you for this information. I was hospitalized with COVID. Once discharged, energy recovery was slow and long. Still not were I was. Thought it was because of something I wasn't doing or my age.

Hope you're feeling better now - if not, look into taking natto-serra supplement blend (ask your doc). Many people get micro-clots that don't dissolve after the infection clears and that causes more problems.

Key is to never push yourself and to not exceed your available energy pockets.
