I found it. Its a rare speech (not interview) at some church no one has said where. This speech is given May 1967, less than a year before he was killed. "I Have a Dream" was back in 1963. This was much more important in his killing than prior speeches. They did not want Blacks to own land.

There's a clip from an interview, he talks about farmers and taking away Black American's land #rolandmartinunfiltered #BlackStarNetwork had it on one of his broadcasts; trying to find it, It's awesome, short and sweet. Dr. King talked so much more than I have a dream, it's just his most famous.
