You are correct. His lower leg proportions are wrong unless you factor in lifts. Says D.C. me.

2 of 2/ ...The ratio of the human femur (upper leg bone) to the tibia (weight-bearing lower leg bone) is supposed to be ~1.21. In this image, this ratio is essentially reversed. Due to his 'special shoes, Trump's lower leg appears to be much longer than his upper leg.
