As long as abortion remains a crime, doctors will be too afraid to provide care to women with severe medical complications — forcing them to travel out of state or risk sepsis, hemorrhage, and death.

Here's the problem. The term "Abortion" MEANS a SPECIFIC medical procedure. It is the SAME procedure if a potential mother has a viable fetus or a dead fetus. The Texas LAW was written to REDEFINE Abortion as NOT meaning procedures that don't terminate a non viable potential life. The law CAN'T
