Hey, #ultrarunning and #ultraracing folks, what do you carry in your vests or waist packs for fuel? I’m looking for something other than gels. They work, but I get awfully sick of them over the course of a 50k.

Roll mozzarella sticks up in a tortilla and slice bite sized pieces. Fig Newtons. PB sandwich. Yeti Balls (google “Energy Bites recipe”.)
