Chocolate Time! Today it's Valrhona Tulakalum 75% from Belize. A good initial flavor followed up with a mild sourness and bitterness. I'm not a fan of the acidic flavor, so this is best eaten in small bites (for me). Aftertaste is mildly bitter with the sourness being prevalent. #choclate
