thanks a lot. But in my opinion that is not a valid explanation; a 135 mm zoom isn´t able to do that to the Andromeda galaxy. Maybe it would be possible with an 800 mm (and then Stonehenge in the foreground would look differently). Would love a professional photographer to weigh in.

yes, I think it is.
You *can* see the Andromeda galaxy with the naked eye, but it appears much smaller. Thus, to get a picture like that you need a good tele lens. But with the focal lenght needed for that, the foreground would not be visible.
