Also for those of you whom are worried about him trying to claim bankruptcy to get out of paying this judgement, no...he's not. If one does an intentional tort (defamation per se) then they're on the hook for it, and the plaintiff has all rights to go after them. E. Jean Carrol is not in the mood.

That is, she's not willing to settle this own. Neither is Tish James, or anybody else who's lining up to sue him for everything he has. Also remember that he's facing serious criminal charges, and his cheerleader from the bench, Cannon may well get removed once papers are filed with the 11th.
