The past two weeks have been utter rubbish and it has been hard to find silver linings. But, we kept our heads high and muddled through the best we could.

Today, the sun broke through the clouds.

If your world has been dark for a season, please know it will get better. The sun will shine again. ❤️

What a compassionate message. The sun shined in my area for the first time in weeks. The temp was mild. I asked my employer if I could flex during my lunch hour to take a midday walk. I'm so grateful they obliged. It made a world of a difference.

That is so lovely! My mental health walks are one of my favorite parts of my day. I am so glad you got to have that moment in the sun!
