We should all be striving to practice at least one thing each day. Just do one thing every every day consistently in order to build your commitment and discipline.Maybe you get at least 7 hours of sleep, limiting or eliminating sugar, waking up early to exercise or journal, or drinking more water.

Make this one commitment every day and become a master of that habit. Once you’ve mastered to have it, then it’s time to add more to your daily commitment. What’s one thing you know you do each day?

Mine is to physically use my body for something every day.
