The best diners are in Jersey but PA had some good ones too. Down in NC, Im still on the hunt. So far Goody Goody Omelettes in Wilmington is in the lead. Waffle House is a good standby.

Everything’s better in Jersey! Well ok, maybe not everything but I’m obligated to say that. I think the thing that makes a diner great is they aren’t “chain” places. Each has a real short order cook. They’re rare now. I remember menus with countless choices too.
