I have an account there, too. Though I’ve abandoned it for Spoutible.

It’s very “privileged.” Lot of men, techies, very educated people, and no, it’s not nazi free. There are also lots of crafters, artists, & creatives.

They prefer content warnings, which I found frustrating.

It's hard to explain. The types of topics people explore are more diverse. You can follow a hashtag so it's easy to get access to groups of people talking about a topic. There are book groups, art, music - lot's of LGBTQ people, disability activists. There's a BlackMastodon community.
