Update: Got it figured out!
Do you think we should delete the app and re-dowload? I changed my password but the app won't refresh on my phone; just a blank screen after the initial splash logo. Thanks!

What platform are you talking about? Do you mean all passwords because that’s going to take some time.

Steve, I already had 2FA enabled. I just changed my password. That’s good enough, correct? The email said to reset 2FA? I have that set up through Authy. Thanks!
