Contrary to what is being said on other platforms, bcrypt hashed passwords are very secure as long as you use a strong password. So no, an attacker can't decrypt any password at will and enter your account even if they have the hashed version of your password.

We will soon release an update forcing everyone to use a strong password, and those who have not changed their passwords after the security incident will be forced to reset their passwords.

You can blame this on decades of spy movies and TV shows where the hacker sits at the computer, pushes 4 keys, and says "I'm in."
