2) There is no federal ballot common to every state to elect the president or vice-president. The federal qualifications to run for president represent the bare minimum standard as specified in the federal constitution.

based on the more stringent qualifications of that state, it does not preclude another state from the ballot in that particular state. Therefore, CO decision to bar a candidate does impact voters in another state where that candidate appear on the ballot from exercise of their franchise. At best, CO

voters who support the barred candidate can sue their state or write in their chosen candidate.
4) With respect to the 14th Amendment, Section 3, first not since the Civil War have we had to question whether or an insurrection took place nor determine who partipated in it. Until Jan. 6th.

Unfortunately, that was not the argument made. I think the CO supreme court will be overturned because of a failure to precisely state its rationale and cut thru the BS of of that SOB and his mouthpiece.
