There's WAY too many people out there who seem to think DOJ and Garland have multiple chances here...nope. They'll get ONE SHOT at this so it needs to be ironclad; they know it, and anyone yapping about Garland really should learn it.

No we've discussed this all the way back in 2021. We'd rather that everything is sealed up so there's no chance of dismissal on a technicality, or a fatal mistake. We've seen this in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania vs. Bill Cosby on what shoddy prosecutions results from.

Yup they ONLY get one shot, and as per the 5th Amendment if found not guilty, or reversed with prejudice...that's it.

It's sad that I'm a Canadian citizen and I know this, and so many don't (or refuse to learn it).
