Depends on amt of exercise relative to your fitness - overtraining is a thing

Key to fitness:
You get stronger when you REST,
AFTER stimulating muscles/heart/etc. w/exercise

The rest/recovery is essential, otherwise, you're just breaking down

Tuning exercise/rest can be complex for peak fitness
