Aaron Rupar:

Simon Rosenberg on MSNBC: "There's been a basic fundamental dynamic, in my view, in our politics, since the spring of 2022, when Dobbs happened, which is that Democrats keep over-performing expectations and Republicans keep struggling. It's showing up in every kind of race."

No, Dems are not OVERperforming.

We are PERFORMING, on the issues, in fundraising, on social media, in our ground game...while the pollsters, the pundits, and above all our sworn enemies consistently UNDERperform.

No, I have told Simon that Dems are not OVERperforming.

Love it. The 2022 Midterms are regarded by some as the biggest overall win for Dems in many years - with Biden-Harris campaigning hard against GOP extremism - which maybe helps to explain some of the exaggerated campaigns against Biden and the need for Dems to keep hitting the accelerator to GOTV.
