Leftovers from yesterday's lunch. Stuffed, roasted piquillo peppers. Filled with a mixture of sauteed mushroom medley, goat cheese, manchego cheese, and parsley. My version of a favorite tapa we always ordered at Jose Andres' Jaleo restaurants during our years in the DMV.
