In response to Myles Higgins ?.
I was under the impression that Ukraine had already been attacking military targets inside Russia for some time.

Yes, but they’ve been restricted to using drones or Ukrainian-manufactured missiles.

This may seem like a stupid question, but are you saying has NATO been telling the Ukraine HOW they can fight a war to protect their very existence?

Yes. Countries like US and Germany did not want their weapons used inside Russia. So limitations were placed on Ukraine.

Thank you. So countries like the US and Germany want a ‘polite’ war where they can ‘help’ but not be accused of fighting with Putin thus leaving the Ukraine to fight with one hand tied behind their back? WOW. There is much I do not know.

Well kindof. But it more has to do with escallation into stoking larger war with more countries being pulled in, possibly the US. But I don't agree. I think European stability and soverenty are more imprtant. So let them bomb the shit out of Russia. IMHO

Exactly. And it’s unclear whether the U.S. has removed its restrictions. This is also tied to the hesitancy in sending long-range missiles and, until recently, F-16s.
