Well, what do you know —four nights before Daylight Saving Time, going to bed 15 minutes earlier each night helps to make the change less jarring. I just wished I knew this sooner. Wishing you all an exhilarating, caffeinated morning when it comes.

Maybe we could make it so we change clocks by 15 min increments every 3 months it would lessen the troubles?
