Yeah. And Scotland was going after him a few years ago for this- until they stopped. Why did they stop?

He was lying to the Banks in USA... It was their job to do something about it?

The Scottish deal was something else. And there were people in British government involved as well. And that, I believe, was the reason their investigation was deep sixed.
