The Supreme Court has two choices in the presidential immunity case:
1) Follow the Constitution and rule against tRump;
2) Don't follow the Constitution and give Biden the novel constitutional right to have official presidential powers to take out tRump.
Win-win.

No they don’t. They can table it until next term.

They don't table decisions from current terms to the next. Unheard of.

Now, their decision could be to send it back to a lower court, but that's still a decision. If they're holding hearings this term, that means a decision happens, this term.
