One of the biggest stories, overshadow currently by politics, is how drones and the underlying AI tech, is changing warfare. Ukraine doesn't have Russia's manpower hence they heavily invest in unmanned semi-autonomous drones.

Eesh. I reallllly hate to see AI being used in warfare (about as much as I hate to see warfare), but it was only a matter of time. This is worrying as all-get-out, but in the name of Ukraine's sovereignty and the stability of a world order that favors democracy, I guess whatever works, for now...

I also hate that Heraclitus is proven right over and over again. The necessity dictates this development. Electronic warfare makes autonomy all the more important, and hence autonomous drones will make decisions (i.e. such as loitering ammunition).
