Whatever the reason for today's cyberattack on Meta, its timing on "Super Tuesday" should be seen as a warning for November.

It wouldn't be a surprise to see bad actors try to cyberattack social media in November on Election Day to cause confusion and spread disinformation to try and help Trump.

Does the fact that so many different services went down point to a cyberattack or could it be an event / events caused by the service provider itself?

If they wanted to actually HELP Mango Mussolini, the better approach would have been to leave Facebook and the dead bird be. Both are reliable outlets for MAGA propaganda.

Yes, but a cyberattack could be launched against any and all sources of online information on Election Day, including this one. That was my point. It's the brave new world we live in.
