You all, I need a tiny bit of encouragement. I was doing so, so well with diet and exercise, but it's been three days of eating too much and eating trash and now I don't even want to go up and down the stairs, never mind get in a work out.

Someone tell me I can do this and it's very worth it.

It's a long term, up and down process and a few days off here and there doesn't destroy the overall progression toward better health. I think breaks here and there are important; maybe factor something in for once a week or so. You'll get there👍️

You are so right. Breaks are hard for me, though and I tend to let things slide from a day to, well, 360 days. It's really a matter of learning better, more sustainable, self-discipline.
