When games get played in politics, media and daily life, does the average person recognize the play? More importantly—what is the average person’s proactive strategy or approach on how they will navigate/engage this cold-ass world, and, how savvy will they be politically?

A portion of the population (of any place) is distracted—and this is aside from the daily challenges and stresses of life. Some of us do not know, or don’t care to want to know, about the role of civics and politics in daily life. Some of those folk literally drive while texting.

We have a culture that says voting is not sexy but reposts, likes and trainwreck adulation are.

To put it somewhat cryptically: What is the focus? Our focus? And whose focus? What is an average person’s daily focus? Family? Changing the world? “Surviving”? Thriving? Educating?

REMEMBER: As repugnant as Orange Criminal is, he’s the shiny object/distraction. It is the people behind (or in front of) the scenes—the Steve Bannons, Stephen Millers etc—who are truly dangerous. These are the people strategizing for camps, martial law, deportations etc. WAKE UP
