I spouted what the ratings meant and a link to more info. Once again, normal and satisfactory ratings are perfectly fine. We are not removing Bot Sentinel, and the ratings will remain. You will adjust.

It would be really good to know - in layman’s term - how this is calculated. Is it based on certain words? I fear folks won’t want to interact with an account that’s remotely close to 24% or higher. And in the process, almost censor us or restrict serious candid conversations.

I guess this is a time where being a zero is a good thing?

sorry to say so, but if you think about it, you will find that this is not helpful, as long as we don´t know the criteria which are used to achieve the ratings. As a planner, I´d like to lay out he criteria beforehand thus people are able to intentionally adjust, not burn their fingers first.

I asked how it was calculated and if there are words that trigger a higher rating. I never said to get away with it. I know you can be abrupt, so please take a beat. I ain’t trying to argue. But I think it’s perfectly fair to ask about the methodology around the calculation.

Yeah I think a lot of us are just curious what went into calculating the score. I for example only have 23 spouts, all very generic posts with cute animal pics or general info & I'm at 17% but others with over 100 posts are much lower. 🤷‍♀️ Doesn't bother me but just curious what impacts the score.
