Well, it's soft and close in texture to a refrigerator style ("no-bake") cheesecake . . . in a sense. It's creamy, pudding-like, and swoon-worthy. I baked it for 45 minutes; I may try for 50 next time. And the top, dark as it got, tasted like caramel, not scorched cream cheese.
