These are kidney stones that can form inside your kidneys. Block urine, cause infections etc…Drinking too much soda and energy drinks puts you at risk of them.

Are you willing to educate? What kind of diet interventions are best to do? Increasing water, I can figure out. But do you need to be wary of hard water?

I have to preface this with "I'm not a doctor and not qualified to offer medical advice," but this is the sheet my doctor gave me when I was first diagnosed with calcium oxalate stones.

Note: you have to be susceptible to them to get them & there are four different kinds with different treatments.
