This is for the white woman who insists that she doesn't see color, only "individuals."

You LITERALLY called a Black woman racist for wanting a safe space to work in peace.

People have told you why your words are harmful -- but you have doubled down in righteousness.

Why?

Why do you need to be right?

Why do you discount Black women when they tell you you're wrong?

Why can't you sit in silence and think about how your words have caused harm?

White women, we need to do better.

It's not racist to want to come to work every day and not deal with racism, white privilege, or whitesplaining.

It's not the responsibility of BIPOC to be OUR allies -- we have all the structural advantages.

It's our responsibility to not be racist.

You have a choice.

You can sit in your white righteousness or you can learn, apologize, evolve.

The choice is not on BIPOC to educate you.

It's on you to educate you.

Remember the white guy in Minneapolis who said he'd Googled, "How can a white guy help Black Lives Matter?"

Yeah, it was a funny line on live TV.

But it was also TRUTH.

He understood it was his job to educate himself.

The Q for you is: Do you want to be better?
