The judge ruled Fani Willis can remain on the case if Nathan Wade removes himself.

Trump's lawyers are already filing an appeal. She needs to step down and let another prosecutor from her office oversee the matter, with the confidence of the court, and no defense distractions. Otherwise this will drag on forever with appeals

Also as it has been already pointed out,. If Fani is removed the entire office gets removed and there is a very good chance the entire case would be dropped. Which is why known operative Roman looked so hard for dirt and magnified what he found. If it wasn’t this it would have been something else.

The chances of the case never getting to verdict with Fani in charge is much higher than someone else. She handed him the ammunition he needs to appeal it forever and then get a mistrial. But you do you

They are always filing appeals. By that standard we shouldn’t have bothered charging him with anything in any court.

She absolutely should not let them get away with destroying her reputation and career! She should vociferously defend herself from all trumped up (literally) attacks. There’s nothing here, the judge knew it & ruled accordingly. This is no more or than the smearing they are attempting against Biden.

You obviously haven't read the judgement or understand how the perception of impropriety works in criminal trials.
The judge recommended that the state bar look into this case.
All she had to do to avoid all of this was not hire the man she was dating to be part of the prosecutorial team.

No. The judge provided the solution. Wade steps aside and the trial continues.

The judge said in his judgement that Wade & Willis testified untruthfully and that it should be referred to the Georgia bar.
There is only mud upon more layers of mud for Trump's lawyers to continue slinging.

Team We Suck At This will appeal anything & everything because delay is the only card they have to play regardless of who they face, so I think put the best person for the job out front & let her do her thing. She did nothing wrong.

She went into this knowing it would be the biggest case of her career and she needed to be squeaky clean with the prosecution. She was anything but.
Instead she mixed up a big batch of mud & handed it to Trump which he happily started slinging.
