This is a great example where the headline leaves an impression ("no evidence") that is directly contradicted by the article that follows. Headlines like this downplay the fact that our foreign service officers were attacked.

I believe this is still one of the more under-reported stories out there-- it strongly indicates a foreign nation has an assassination-like campaign against our foreign service workers to debilitate them and diminish US intelligence gathering abroad.

The Washington Post couldn't get this right either.
"no evidence"; "no sign of"... that is not a conclusion justified by a flawed study that is contradicted by a mountain of evidence as well as other studies.
