About time. I mean, realtors should be getting paid good money for all the effort they put in to selling homes, but the fact is their job has gotten easier in the Digital Information Age. High commissions depress the ability of some people to afford even a modestly-priced home.

My concern is what this does to the possibility of having a buyer's agent. There will be no incentive for an agent to represent buyers. Which leaves buyers having to deal with each homes listing agent separately. Maybe I'm not understanding this but I don't see how it's really going to help buyers.
