Am I wrong here? People on the street behind us put one of those plastic turtle people in the middle of the street that says “ slow down, kids are playing here” I mean, in the middle of the street!! Kids should not be taught to play in the street. Am I wrong??

These are kids under 10 years old, several under 5 years old. What parent would teach their kids to play in the street, literally, like it was a playground? They’re riding their tricycles across the street, running across the street from one house to another.
