Why does Trump owe $464 million?

Because it’s the extra cash he got from banks — by lying — the last decade.

Cash he used to prop up his golden-toilet lifestyle. Cash he used to pay off pornstars. Cash he used to run for office.

It wasn’t his cash. Now he has to pay it back.

He`s made entirely out of leverage, which is not very sturdy stuff once civil judgement winds begin to blow.

They need to freeze his assets and any cash so the family can't move it offshore...

Fortunately, as part of losing the business fraud case, the state of NY has assigned a financial overseer [who is already on the job & 👏 (bonus) it's a WOMAN! 🎀😅] to watch over & pre-approve every financial move the Trump organization makes. The Trump Org is under onsite NY state supervision now.

If he can't post bail doesn't that mean he goes to prison like every other person who is on trial for crimes? Or am I missing something?

It's a civil (not criminal) fraud case. It's not bail, it's a civil judgment amt. He's appealing the judgment, but must post a bond w/the court covering full amt to be allowed to proceed with appealing the case. If he can’t post that bond, the judgment goes into effect & they can seize his assets.

Even a Trump supporter could understand that simple legal logic....wait a minute...no they couldn't.
