When did streaming services get so expensive and/or have ads? Even the ad plans are more now than ad free ones just a year or two ago. Start getting several ad free plans and you're almost back to cable money. So much for cord cutting.

It’s a flawed business model. We may like it. But most of what we consume won’t stand on subscription alone.

I just get two at a time, binge, cancel, order another service. Keeps costs down. If you don’t care when you watch things.

And limited ads don’t bother me - my sports subs are way worse.

Exactly what I do. Plenty of content and I just keep a list of shows that I want to see so I know what I'm watching as soon as I switch one out.

Come garden weather, I pretty much cancel them all. Too much to do, no need for tv. Start them back in the fall and play catch up through the winter.
