If I was independently wealthy, I would set up a chain of 24/7 soup stands like they have in Turkey specifically welcoming to anyone working weird hours, the streets, or living on them.

These places are basic. 3-4 types of soup, side of bread, turkish tea (I'd add drip coffee), water and juice is it for menu. Just a spot to sit down warm/or cool yourself on a "pay what you can" model because taking charity is awkward AF

What is Turkish tea? Similar to Turkish coffee?

More like a samovar style. You have 2 pots, one tea and one hot water, and dilute the tea to taste. Most folks drink it plain or with sugar only
