So, he HAD $500M cash (supposedly) and could have paid the bond (supposedly) but they've reduced it (to be "nice") and given him ten days (to scrape it together). There's "the benefit of the doubt," then there's "to benefit the powerful," and it's clear no court wants to violate the latter.
