I reported a bug and also added it to #cbouzyandteam thread asking about bugs/problems. It’s been a month with no response or fix. What else can I do? The bug is I can’t sign in on the iPad app. It doesn’t fill in the fields when I enter user name and password.

Thanks for all the replies. I’m running most recent, 15.8.2. First thing I did was delete and reload app.Cleared all the caches/history too. Copy and paste didn’t work.I guess I gotta use the browser. Funny the “clicking” sound is happening when I type but no text. I’m retired from Apple Corporate😁

Completely delete the app.
If you have signed on in a browser on your iPad sign out in the browser and then completely clear your history for that browser. Do this for every browser you used to sign onto spoutible on your iPad. Do a full shutdown and restart and then go get the app again and try

The app doesn’t work for some of the older iPads (my mini) included. I think I was able to copy and paste to log in, but I am unable to type.
I can scroll and “like” and echo things but I can’t type anything in the app.
I use my browser on mine. This may be the problem.

Not sure what the cutoff was in versions
The same problem was on older iPhones too

Try deleting and redownloading the app. Also, clean out your history and website data under the browser you use.
