So true! Where I live (right in the "path of totality") there's a 60 to 80% chance that it'll be overcast on that date in April. Bracing myself for the possibility that we won't see much around here. 😲

Modern journalism is such a bunch of crap, despite the obvious answer being a four word phrase, “You won’t see much”, Space.com manages to get an entire article out of it, the conclusion of which is basically “You won’t see much”.

In 2017 there were scattered puffy clouds all around Nashville. Some key viewing areas were bitterly disappointed. At my house I had a stubborn cloud that moved out of the way just minutes before the event.
