No, that was a pretty standard container ship. I didn't hear until later that the ship lost power and the pilot was unable to steer effectively. 😢

The ship lost power and therefore the ability to navigate. They called in a mayday warning, allowing officials to halt any other ships being nearby. Which means the bridge didn't fall on another ship.
I don't know why people place blame, when they don't have the details.
