why were there 6 vehicles and 6 workers?
Did they have life insurance on these workers?

Yes, especially what role communications played. I read there were audible notifications from the ship - if they heard them, did they comprehend. It's a horrible tragedy, something like this will just make it worse

Good question.
I believe there was 4 minutes from the time the alert was given until the cargo ship struck the pier. Did the workers have communications and a vehicle(s) to get off the bridge?
